Florencio Martinez did not begin his career behind a desk. He started as a hands-on cleaner, learning the work from the ground up—what it takes to clean a property correctly, what customers notice, and what they expect. Over time, he took on greater responsibilities and eventually moved into cleaning management. That progression gave him a practical understanding of cleaning procedures, quality control, property care, and what it means to deliver consistent results across a wide range of facilities and clients.

As a cleaning manager, Florencio became responsible for cleaning operations across facilities totaling approximately 530,000 square feet. That experience shaped how Florencio approaches property care today—methodically, with respect for the space and the people who use it.

In 2018, after years of hands-on and management experience, Florencio founded Action Cleaning Services. Running his own company deepened his understanding of customer relationships, estimating, scheduling, and the day-to-day responsibility of operating a professional cleaning business. It also reinforced what he already knew: that doing the work well and communicating clearly with customers is what builds a lasting reputation.

Taking Professional Cleaning Outdoors
Launching MartGo Power Washing is a natural extension of Florencio's background. His years in the cleaning industry gave him a strong foundation in property care, surface evaluation, and quality standards. MartGo brings that experience outdoors through house washing, low-pressure soft washing, pressure washing, concrete cleaning, commercial building washing, and pure-water exterior window cleaning. Different surfaces require different approaches. Delicate siding and appropriate exterior materials may call for controlled low-pressure soft washing. Durable concrete and hard surfaces may require professional pressure washing. Exterior windows can be cleaned with deionized pure water and water-fed pole equipment that can reach accessible windows up to five stories from the ground when property layout, building design, weather, access, and safety conditions allow.

Richie is joining him as the company begins serving local homeowners and businesses, bringing new energy to a foundation built through years of hard work. Together, they are building a family-led company where customers know who is showing up and can hold the business personally accountable. Florencio can share the professional knowledge, discipline, and customer-service standards he has developed throughout his career while building something new alongside his son.

In 2018, he founded Action Cleaning Services, building his own business from the ground up. MartGo Power Washing represents the next step—bringing his professional cleaning background outdoors and into the Madison community.
